Chris Mulhern
Chris is a Mechanical Engineer that designed jet engine systems for GE Aircraft and Pratt & Whitney before returning to school to earn his MBA. After starting a few small and successful business, he decided to take his knowledge of building and technology to the construction world and do what he enjoyed most, building and the outdoors. Chris began his building career in 1995 and has been learning ever since on how to economically integrate technology into homes. In the past three years, he has focused on “green building” specializing in energy and water efficiency.
David Coronel
David attended college at UCSD and immediately went into carpentry. Since then, David has expanded his knowledge and skills to all areas of general contracting, with a specialty in finish work. David designs and builds a variety of “artistic” items, ranging from outdoor pergolas and fences to custom built ins and wine cellars. Many of his complete projects can be seen on our Projects page.
Gerardo Lupercio
Gerardo is the heavy hitter of Waconah Construction. For over 20 years he has mastered every facet of building. His experience translates to cost savings for our customers as well as improved quality and finish. Gerardo takes all the time necessary to discuss ideas with the customers and keep them up to date on any issues. In addition, due to his excellent communication skills, he can coordinate the ideas and efforts of the homeowner, architect, engineer, and sub-contractors to create a single vision and ensure that it is implemented accurately.
